OTTICA CARRARO is committed to insuring that your personal data remains secure and is not used in any inappropriate manner. When you order from our website, we need to know information such as your name, e-mail address, billing address and phone number, so we can process and fill your order and contact you if we have any questions. We maintain the information that you provide us, along with a record of your purchases, in a database. We share your information with our trusted third party service providers who manage our website. These third parties are not authorized to discuss, disclose or make any use of your personal information except as necessary to provide such services.
CUSTOM DUTY for British And Canadian citizen
The British and the Canadian citizen who imports goods from the European community, could be subjected to the payment of the import taxes or custom duty. We don’t know how the charge might be, but we recommend that you inquire before placing your order. The payment of the taxes cannot be object of protest or refusal to accept the goods.
The parcel will be shipped the next working day after payment by DHL Express or Fed Ex registred parcel. The time of delivery depend upon your location. We cannot ship to a PO BOX address.

Handling, packaging, soft or hard case and a special micro fiber cleaning cloth ARE INCLUDED in the cost of the spectacles. We are not responsible for undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to a wrong address. Please check twice your shipping address before placing your order. Items are generally shipped out the next business day after payment has been verified (Saturday and Sunday excluded).
Owing to the seasonal overload of work in the international post, your parcel may take a few more days than usual to be delivered. We apologise for this inconvenience, which we are sure you will appreciate is not down to us.
RETURN POLICY: EXCHANGE OF STYLE OR COLOR

We are sorry to inform our Extra Europen Customers that due to problems relating to customs it is currently impossible to send return goods. Unfortunately this problem does not depend on our will and we hope it will be resolved as soon as possible. In order not to incur in disservices, we therefore ask you to check the order carefully before paying.

If glasses do not meet your needs, you may substitute them with another model or color or return them. Items should be returned with original packages and DEMO lenses fitted. Please return item to address shown on package. If you would like to return your product(s) for repair / replacement, please kindly contact us via email for an authorized RMA number. Your returned product(s) will not be processed without a completed RMA.

Our products are guaranteed for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. The warranty covers: production defects, temples, hinges colour and finish. The warranty does NOT cover: damage caused by improper use, intensive use of the product or breakage of the bridge. Buyers MUST contact us prior to making a return so we can supply you with our return procedures. Please read our Return/Refund policy for details. The glasses may be repair/replaced by us at our sole discretion. Otherwise, no replacement will be made. In all cases, buyers pay shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or reparation. We are happy to answer any questions and will do our best to assist you.
